Aoril Chai with CAAM with Divya Alter - “Ayurvedize” Your Favorite Foods!

The first step towards adopting an Ayurvedic lifestyle often includes a re-education around the foods that we choose to eat.  Whether it is our clients’ diets that need adjustment or our own, this month’s topic will provide helpful suggestions for making changes from the past (or current) fare to one that is more Ayurvedically aligned.  Don’t give up your favorite foods- find out how you can apply Ayurvedic principles to your food choices in order to better support your journey to optimal health.
