About the event
Learn about Trauma-Informed Care in Your Ayurvedic Practice~
Trauma informed care occurs when we recognize that the client's current condition may reflect deep seated wounds. In today's world, trauma is becoming a more commonly understood problem. Traumatic events may shape our worldview and the hidden scars may affect us physically, mentally, and emotionally. These may be individual events from our own histories or ancestral, societal, or environmental traumas that impact our relationships with ourselves and others. Our bodies and minds are affected in ways that we are just beginning to understand.
In this webinar, Anjali Deva will guide us as we look at what trauma is, how it affects the body, how Ayurveda can be of service in healing trauma. and how to become trauma-informed about your clients.
By implementing trauma-informed practices the relationship between the professional and the client is improved, along with client compliance with recommendations, and the health outcomes of implementing those recommendations. You may even find that you experience more satisfaction with your business!
Join us on September 19th at 6 p.m. PDT for this CAAM presentation.
