Ayurvedic Parenting for Happy, Healthy Kids!
With Jayarajan Kodikannath, Vaidya Ayurvedic Doctor
This month’s speaker, Vaidya. Jayarajan Kodikannath, is an Ayurvedic practitioner, educator, scholar, the director of Kerala Ayurveda USA, and author. Vaidya Jayarajan is recognized as a worldwide leader in the research, development, and implementation of Ayurvedic Wellness in India, Europe and the US. He is a member of the Expert Curriculum Committee for Masters in Ayurveda at Bastyr University, Seattle, US, as well as a Board Member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA).
His topic this month will focus on material from his recent book, “The Parent’s Complete Guide to Ayurveda: Principles, Practices, and Recipes for Happy, Health Kids.”
In this book he shares his Ayurvedic wisdom on impacting children’s lives from the ages of three to sixteen. Knowing that children thrive when their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs are met, he draws from the deep well of Ayurvedic knowledge to address what is needed at each stage of a child’s life.
